I have surveyed the property at 10166 McLaren Place in Cuper-
tino, California for Mr. Mohammad Hatami. I found the set-
backs for the addition to be in accordance with the plans
drawn by Scott Erskine. The front setback is 30 feet. The
• side setback is more than the 10 foot minimum that is required
by the City of Cupertino.
