De Palma Lane DRAFT RESOLUTION NO. 07-036 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND DEVELOPERS FELICIA CHOW, AN UNMARRIED WOMAN AND JOYCE CHOW, AN UNMARRIED WOMAN, AS JOINT TENANTS, AS TO AN UNDIVIDED 95% INTEREST AND SU YONG LAW AND FRANKIE KAN YIN LAW, WIFE AND HUSBAND, AS COMMUNITY PROPERTY WITH RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP, AS TO AN UNDIVIDED 5% INTEREST, ALL AS TENANTS IN COMMON (20055 DE P ALMA LANE); AND SU YONG LAW AND FRANKIE KAN YIN LAW, WIFE AND HUSBAND, AS COMMUNITY PROPERTY WITH RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP, AS TO AN UNDIVIDED 95% INTEREST AND JOYCE CHOW, AN UNMARRIED WOMAN, AS JOINT TENANTS, AS TO AN UNDIVIDED 5% INTEREST, ALL AS TENANTS IN COMMON (20065 DE PALMA LANE) APN (s) 369-32-006 and 369-32-039 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed improvement agreement between the City of Cupertino and developers, Felicia Chow, an unmarried woman and Joyce Chow, an unmarried woman, as Joint Tenants, as to an undivided 95% interest and Su Yong Law and Frankie Kan Yin Law, wife and husband, as Community Property with Right of Survivorship, as to an undivided 5% interest, all as Tenants in Common (20055 De Palma Lane); and Su Yong Law and Frankie Kan Yin Law, wife and husband, as Community Property with Right of Survivorship, as to an undivided 95% interest and Joyce Chow, an unmarried woman, as Joint Tenants, as to an undivided 5% interest, all as Tenants in Common (20065 De Palma Lane), for the installation of certain municipal improvements at 20055 and 20065 De Palma Lane and said agreement having been approved by the City Attorney, and Developers having paid the fees as outlined in the attached Exhibit A; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the aforementioned agreement on behalf of the City of Cupertino.
