NEW ITEMS: 1. Application No. Applicant: Location: U-2006-01 (EA-2006-03), ASA-2006-03, TM-2006-03 TR-2006-04, Z-2006-02 Kevin Wu (Pacific Resources Development, Inc.) 10300-10400 N Tantau Avenue The following items were discussed: o Creek o The project site is in a "B" Flood Zone (100-500 year) o The walkway beside the creek is fenced off o Traffic Study o The traffic study report was done prior to the project reducing its density o The projected daily trips are less than the current number of daily trips if the buildings were occupied o Geological Report o The South site tested clean for underground chemicals. o The North Site did have ground contamination; however, the area has been cleaned. The area passed additional recent testing and has been deemed safe for residential development. o The groundwater tested clean o Noise o There are Superfund sites near this proposed development, but they do not impact this location o Standard noise mitigation steps will be taken during construction o Sound walls will be constructed o Other mitigation efforts will be addressed during construction if warranted by an amended noise report o Additional Discussion o School impact report to be discussed the next meeting o Tree removalj replanting and general landscaping to be discussed further at the next meeting o Grading contours o No new roadside improvements at this time.
