and agencies and applicable comments are noted on plans and in the enclosed

Planning:
1. Final maps must be recorded prior to issuance of Building
permits and copies of the maps submitted with the permit package.
2. Provide landscape, irrigation and lighting plans. 'hese plans
must be reviewed and approved by A.S.A.C. Contact Louisa Mendoza
in Planning, .ASAC secretary, concerning agenda dates and submittal
requirements. PLEASE NOTE: Resolution No. 2527 recommended that
tall, fast-growing evergreen shrubs and fast growing vines be
planted along the east property line adjacent to the Lake Biltmore
Apartments.
3. Provide more information concerning the retaining wall along the
east propertly line ( Phase III) indicate east grade and top of wall.
4. Contact Sonia Binnendyk concerning satisfaction of the Below Market
Rate Housing Program.
5. Submit a draft agreement to dedicate development rights over the '
common areas (Lot 8 in Phase I and Lot 7 in Phase III) to the City
of Cupertino.
6. Submit draft annexations to the- C.C. and R. 's for the next phases
Recorded annexations for the lst phase should also be submitted.
7. Indicate finish floor for Lot I and top of curb on Rodrigues in Phase
III.
