We are writing this letter to confirm that our firm performed a site visit
on Dec. 11, 1998, in order to observe the steel reinforcing in the foundation at
the subject lot referenced above.
Once several corrections were made per our direction, it was found that
the foundation reinforcing substantially conforms to the intent of our design and
• plans.
