The reason is that I suffer tremendously due to allergies in the Bay Area at this time of the year. Nothing seems to alleviate this condition except staying away, which is why I am currently residing in the desert. Fortunately, the pollen count from the Juniper and Olive trees in significantly reduced by the end of March. I would very much like to personally attend the appeal hearing and would appreciate your support in continuing the hearing until 3/20/07. Normally the City Council practice has been to grant one continuance. Since Richard Lowenthal is the appellant, he might have some feelings on how long he wants to wait to address his issues. Do you have a compelling reason? You might want to run it by him before you formally request a postponement.
