Common sources of stormwater pollution include: • Dripped oil, fuel, and antifreeze from vehicles and heavy equipment; • • Construction debris, including dirt, concrete and paint; • Landscaping runoff containing pesticides or weed killers; and Any material dumped or spilled into streets or storm drains The property owner and the contractor share ultimate responsibility for activities occurring at a construction site and will be held responsible for any environmental damage caused by subcontractors or employees. .
