A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR STREETLIGHT PURPOSES FROM
NAM KEUN OH AND MYONG JA OH, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS COMMUNITY
PROPERTY WITH RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP AS TO AN UNDIVIDED 50%
INTEREST, AND SANDRA OH, A SINGLE WOMAN AS TO AN UNDIVIED 50%
INTEREST, AS TENANTS IN COMMON, 18945 TILSON AVENUE, APN 375-14-020
WHEREAS, Nam Keun Oh and Myong Ja Oh, Husband and wife as Community
Property with Right of Survivorship as to an Undivided 50% Interest, and Sandra Oh, a
Single Woman as to an Undivided 50% Interest, as Tenants in Common, has executed a
Grant of Easement for Streetlight Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, granting
to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain
real property for streetlight purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which
is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, located at 18945 Tilson Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 17th day of April, 2007, by the following vote:

together with the right to construct, repair, operate, and maintain any and all public utilities and
improvements which shall be or become necessary for preservation of the public safety, welfare or
convenience, the hereinafter described property which is situated in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, and as described as follows:

DESCRIPTION OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT

A Public Utility Easement for any and all public utilities
over the Southeasterly part of Lot 267 in Tract 1004 a map of
which was filed on September 10, 1952 in Book 40 of Maps at Pages
29 and 30, Santa Clara County California Records, said easement
being described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 267 on
the Northeasterly line of Tilson Avenue, 60 feet wide; thence
along a curve to the right having a radius of 200 feet through a
central angle of 1041'00. an arc length of 5.87 feet to the True
Point of Beginning of the herein described Easement;
Thence from said True Point of Beginning continue along said
curve to the right having a radius of 200 feet through a central
angle of 1045'15. an arc length of 6.13 feet; thence leaving
said line of Tilson Avenue N33049'15.E 9.11 feet; thence along
the Westerly line of an existing public utility easement So023'E
10.90 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Situated within the city limits of the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara State of California.

this description.
