The following items were discussed:
o Trees
o The Arborist's report has identified 3 specimen (Coast Live Oak) trees on site of the
11 total.
o Of the specimen trees, one will be replanted and the Arborist wants 2 of the
specimen trees preserved. The site plan will be revised to accommodate the
preservation of the trees.
o A large palm on site will be replanted as well
o Traffic
o No significant traffic impacts
o Driveway turning radius needs addressed
o Meets parking guidelines
o Pedestrian connectivity
o Noise
o The noise impact study report indicates that the units around the perimeter will
need to have extra nose mitigating devices. (STC rated windows, doors and A/ C
units)
o An 8-foot sound wall is proposed along the side boarded by the freeway.
o Additional Discussion
o Existing farmhouse on site has no historic designation
o Modification of the current site plan to increase green common areas and
planting/landscaped areas
