As we discussed, lots 371 through 361 are scheduled for final inspection and occupancy beginning late this month. Due to the recent heavy rains and expected rains in the next few weeks, I do not anticipate being able to complete my finish grading or landscaping prior to my scheduled occupancy dates. I therefore would request that we be granted final inspection and permission to occupy subject to completing our grading, fencing, and landscaping operations within 60 days of occupancy. As always, we will do our utmost to complete these items as quickly as the weather will allow. For your reference, I have enclosed a copy of our previous letter of agreement. I would appreciate your confirmation of the above agreement in the space provided below. Please return one copy of this letter to my office at your earliest convenience.
