Performed 4 slump tests (415", 4", 4-3/4" and 41:") and cast 4 sets of compression test specimens(4 ea.), Sample #'s 116479, 116480, 116481 and 116482 for concrete placed at Lot 386 through 389 post-tensioning slab-on-grade and footings. Inspected post-tensioning operations and measured elongations of tendons for Lots 372 through 375 and 386 through 389. Elongations were within the specified limits. Elongations are shown on the attached post-tensioning sheets. Notes: Could not verify concrete had reached required strength for stressing. The contractor will take responsibility.
