900.00 feet from the point of intersection thereof with the Westerly line of that certain tract of land described in the
deed from Phillip Lombardo, at ux, to W.L. Stapp, at al, dated March 18, 1948, recorded March 18, 1948 in book
1587 of Official Records, page 272, Santa Clara County Records; thence from said point of beginning due North and
parallel with the said Westerly line of land so described in the deed to said Stapp, 140.00 feet; thence North 890 39'
West and parallel with the said Northerly line of Stevens Creek Boulevard, 50.54 feet to an iron bar set at the point
of intersection thereof with the Easterly line of that certain 0.55 acre tract of land described in the deed from Phillip
