COVER LETTER FOR PODIUM DECK REPAIRS:
Work to be done at Podium Apts. located at 10100 Torre Ave.,Cupertino,Ca.
The decks to be done are in the following Apt. #'S 181,
216,161,163,165,219, &146
SCOPE OF WORK:
Remove approximately 12" of stucco around the perimeter of decks. Install
weep screed flashing around perimeter approximately 3"above deck surface,
apply new felt paper, new stucco wire, and apply (3) coats of stucco to the
walls.
Where stucco walls meet the deck surface apply 4" fiberglass tape embedded
. in epoxy to create a waterproof coving. The remaining deck surface and new
coved area to receive (1) uniform color coat of epoxy.
Newly stuccoed walls to be painted by the "Podium" staff members.
