Such documents would include,without limitation,any correspondence between the City of Cupertino and Teacher's Insurance and Annuity Association and any correspondence between the City of Cupertino and the California State Trade and Commerce Commission. Pursuant to Section 6256 of the California Government Code, Federated requests that the City provide a written response to this request within 10 days of receipt. Federated further will pay reasonable fees assessed for the copying of these documents,as provided for under California Government Code section 6257.
