The scope of the project has been clarified to include modification of one single office space into two separate spaces (not four as shown previously) with a 1 -hr. corridor separating them. Although these spaces will not be occupied at this time the existing HVAC document submitted here shows existing adequate zoning provisions to each space in the event someone enters the space. Since there are electrical alterations, Title 24 forms are included. Since there is no HVAC alteration, no Title 24 talcs are submitted and it does not present a life -safety issue.
