Chang, Ho, Kung DRAFT RESOLUTION NO. 07-183 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND DEVELOPER CHIAO-FU CHANG AND SUE-FAY L. CHANG, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS, KOK Y. HO AND YUET M. HO, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS, HSING H. KUNG AND MARGARET KUNG, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS, 21711, 21713 AND 21731 ALCAZAR AVENUE, APN(s) 357-19-018, 058, 079 AND 080 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed improvement agreement between the City of Cupertino and developer, Chiao-Fu Chang and Sue-Fay L. Chang, Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants, Kok Y. Ho and Yuet M. Ho, Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants, Hsing H. Kung and Margaret Kung, Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants, for the installation of certain municipal improvements at Alcazar Avenue, and said agreement having been approved by the City Attorney, and Developers having paid the fees as outlined in the attached Exhibit A; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the aforementioned agreement on behalf of the City of Cupertino.
