THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO HEREBY ORDAINS that they
are adopting the 1997 Uniform Code For The Abatement of Dangerous Buildings.
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cupertino the
20th day ofNoveinber 2007 and ENACTED at a regular meeting ofthe City Council of the City
of Cupertino the day of 2007, by the following vote:
