The following items were discussed:
o Trees
o The site plan has been revised to retain the 2 specimen trees as suggested by
the Arborist and discussed at the April 25 meeting
o The oak tree to be relocated is 30' tall and has a canopy spread of 25'
o Tree protection measures will be employed during to construction to ensure
the continued health of all of the trees at the site
o At the direction of the City's Arborist, the conditions of approval will
include a clause to maintain the health of the oak trees
o Sustainability
o Salvaging features of the farmhouse for use in the new development as
much as possible
o Additional Discussion
o The existing farmhouse scored 38 (out of a possible 110) points on the
checklist for historic designation
o A commemorative plaque will be placed on the site recognizing the history
of the farmhouse

3. Discussion of sustainability and the General Plan
The consulting firm is scheduled to report their audit findings to the Planning Commission
on June 26, 2007. A Green Building Plan will be developed once the audit by Global Green
has been completed.
