On October 27, 2000 we performed a field survey of the location of the foundation forms
for the buildings being constructed on Lots 3-52 , 3-53 and 3-56, 3-57 of the Oak Valley
project in Cupertino.
The results of that survey show that the location of the foundation forms are consistent
and in conformance with the design location of the buildings, as said locations are shown
on the plans prepared by our firm,
