o Mitigate internal noise by keeping windows closed

adjacent businesses
o Record potential noise impacts as a covenant on the properties

o The grading and drainage plans are still in redesign
o The amount of trees scheduled for removal has been reduced from 41 to 21
o With trees as landscape buffers, the houses along the west side will not have
