Application in 1985 approved 174-assisted living & Alzheimer's care units, only
82 were built. This application will add 24 units.
Similar colors and materials are being used to match the existing.
Geology - Recommendation have been made by the applicant's geologist and the
City's geologist. These recommendations will be conditions of approval.

Parking - 29 spaces required and 30 spaces are proposed shown on the landscape
plan.
Trees - Project will remove 19 trees. None are heritage or specimen trees. Project
will add 52 additional trees. (Applicant had indicated 60 trees).
