Application No.: Applicant: Location: EXC-2003-01 (EA-2003-04) Li-Sheng Fu Mercedes Road (APN #342-22-045) The following items were discussed: Drainage - Easement required from neighbor. Trees - All oak trees on the property being retained. 49% of the property will remain undisturbed vegetation. Landscaping is required for screening. o Replacing all exotic ornamentals with natural vegetation. ACTION: MOTION: SECOND: ABSTAIN: VOTE: Suggest coordinating with the neighbor with regards to grading work to minimize traffic. Recommendation for a Negative Declaration. This application will add 24 units. Similar colors and materials are being used to match the existing. Geology - Recommendation have been made by the applicant's geologist and the City's geologist. These recommendations will be conditions of approval. ca No significant traffic impacts. Parking - 29 spaces required and 30 spaces are proposed shown on the landscape plan. Trees - Project will remove 19 trees. None are heritage or specimen trees. Project will add 52 additional trees. (Applicant had indicated 60 trees).
