Traffic Impacts: o Additional traffic during peak AM and PM hours existing the school from Maxine Avenue to Homestead Road. o New sign possibility: No right turn on Maxine Avenue. New hours of operation: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Current opening hour 9:30 a.m. o Need to look at new trips generated. o Noise levels. o Maximum occupancy confusion. 150 children enrolled or 150 children at one time? [] Parking: Adding additional spaces for a new total of 68 spaces. More landscaping proposed for shady parking. ca Applicant should encourage parents to carpool and the possible new no right turn sign at the project exit. [] Noise: To help reduce noise, staggering the hours of the play area may be necessary. ACTION: Recommendation to continue the application to the next ERC meeting on May 28, 2003 to discuss the maximum number of children enrolled, a traffic mitigation program and a noise impact program.
