ORDINANCE N0. 1184 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY REZONING APPROXIMATELY .15 OF A GROSS ACRE FROM CITY OF SAN JOSE R1-B6 ZONE TO CITY QF CUPERTINO R1-6 ZONE;. LOCATED AT 7582 NORMANDY WAY BE- TWEEN ROSE GARDEN LANE AND ASTER LANE WHEREAS, on May 17, 1982, an application was filed by Richard H. and Gwendlyn M. Carlson (Application 5-Z-82) for the rezoning of property from City of San Jose R1-B6 (Single-family Residential, 6,000 sq. f[. minimum lot size) zone to City of Cupertino R1-6 (Real- dential Single-family, 6,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) zone; and WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council that the Rezoning be granted; and WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned is presently in a City of San .lose R1-86 (Single-family Residential, 6.000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) zone; and WHEREAS, a map of the, subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" he and hereby is rezoned to a City of Cupertino R1-6 (Residential Single-family, 6,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size} zone; and that Exhibit "B" attached hereto is made part of the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its passage.
