ca Enrollment confirmed: 150 total students enrolled, including full-time and part -
time students.
ca Carpooling will be encouraged.
Traffic Impacts: No right turn on Maxine Avenue. Staff will have parents sign a
waiver stating that they will not turn right onto Maxine Avenue. Staff will
monitor the traffic and will hold parent responsible if they continue to turn right
onto Maxine Avenue.
[] Noise Impacts:
o Not all the children will be outside at the same time.
o New landscaping will encourage smaller playgroups.
[] Additional landscaping needed around the perimeter of the new parking areas.
The perimeter fence needs to be repaired.
