Masters (Redeemer Lutheran church) (Application 19-Z-85) for the rezoning
of pmpatty fran HQ (Quasi-Public Building) zone to R1-6 (Residential
Single-family, 6,000 sq. ft. minimun lot size) zone; and
WHEREAS, upon due notice anvil after one public hearing the Planning
Ccmmdssion z~rnmiended to the City Council that the Rezoning be granted;
and
WFIF.REAS, the property to be rezoned is presently in a BQ (Quasi-Public
Building) zoase; and
WHEREAS, a map oP the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit
"B" as a pzoposed amenc>znent to the Master Zoning Map of tha City of

Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be and.
hereby is rezoned to an R1-6 (Residential Single-family, 6,000 sq. ft.
miniw,m lot size) zone; and that Exhibit "B" attached hereto is made part
of the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
Sect on 2. This oniinance shall talcs effect and be in force thirty
(30) days after its passage.
