ORDINANCE NO. 1637
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING TITLE 19,
ZONING OF THE CUPERTINO MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CUPERTINO CITY COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS that the following sections of the
Cupertino Municipal Code shall be amrnded to read as follows:

"Basement" means that portion of a building between floor and ceiling, which is partly below and
partly above grade, but so located that the vertical distance from grade to the floor below is less.

obtain a conditional use permit approving the development, issued by the Planning Commission
except that in the event that the application is for new development of five thousand square feet
