TIiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
II Section 2.32.010 ia hereby amended to read se followa:
2.32.010 Eatabliahed. The City Planniag Commiasion is eatabliahed. The
City Planniag Commiaeion ahall consis[ of five membera who shall be qualified
electora of the City of Cupertino and none of whom ahall be employed bq the
Cicy or hold any City office and ahall be appointed by the City Council.
