THE CITY COQNCIL OF 'THE C2TY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
fdHEREAS, on June 1, 1978, am application was filed bq Warrna p, tihaley,
Jr. (Applicacioa 12-Z-78) for che prezoning of property from Santa Clara
Couaty R1-10 (Resideatial, Single-Familq, 10,000 sq, ft, miaimum lot size)
to Cicq of Cupertino R1-7.5 (Residential, Single-Family, 1,500 sq, ft. minimum
1 oc sise) zone; and
W~RE1S, upon due notica and after ona public hearing the Planning Com-
misaion racommendad to the Ci[y Council that the Prezoniag be gzanted; and
the property to be prazoned is preseatly in a Santa Clara County
R1-10 (Residential. Single-Family, 10,000 sq. ft. minimum Iot aize) zone; and
SJHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit
"S" as a propoaed amendment to the Master Zoning *iap of the City of Cupertino.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIitED AS FOLIAWS:
. Section 1. That the propertq described in attached Exhibit "A" be and
hereby Ss prezoned to a City of Cupertino R1-7.5 (Residential, Siagle-Familq,
7,500 sq, ft, minimum lot size) zone, and that Eachibit "B" attached hereco
is madn part of the Master Zoniag Hap of the City of Cupertiao.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be ia force thirty (30)
daya after its passage.
