OF Tf~ CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOHS: WHEREAS. on Auguat 4~ 1518, an application Was filed by Staffield/Roae Real Estate Iaveatments (Applicatioa 17-Z-78) for the rezoning of property from CG (General Commercial) to P(Planned Develop~nt with General Commercial and Office Uae Intent) Zone; and WHEREAS, upon due notice~and after one public heariag the Planning Com- mission recommended to the City Council tnat the Rezoning be granted; and WliEREAS. the propertq to be rezoned is presently in a CG (General Commer- cial) Zone; and • WfiEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhihit "B" as a proposed amendment to the blaster Zoning Diap of the City of Cupertino. vOW, THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
