Ordinance 952 ~ ~ ORDINANCE N0. 952 ~ AN ORDINANCE OF TfiE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY AMENDING TEtE CONDITION ON THE , PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONING DISTRICT; LOCATED IN THE HOMESTEAD LANES CENTER ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF HOMESTEAD ROAD AND STELLING ROAD THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SJHEREAS, on .Iuly 6, 1979, an application was filed by Thomwood Associates (Application 14-Z-79) for the amendment of the condition on the previously approved i Planned Development zoaing district to expand the permitted range of co~ercial activities; and WHIItEAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Com- misslon recommended to the City Council Chat the amendment be approved; and WEiEREAS, the property 1s located in a P(Planned Development with Recreational/ Entertai~ent and limited commercial intent) zoning district; and WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit "S" as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cuperticw; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the conditlon on the previously approved Planned Develop- ment zoning district be amended to expand the permitted range of commercial ac- civities, aubjece to conditions liated in attached Exhibit "C"; and that Exhibit "B" at[ached hereto ia made part of the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino. The property is deacribed in attached Exhibit "A". Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its passage.
