pose;i Agreement for thQ eonstruct3on of improvements and good and
sufficient bonds have been presented foi• the faithful performance
of said t~tax•k rand the carrying out of said agrae~~ snt; and Maid plans,
agreement, and bonds taave been :approved by the City Attorney; now,
therefore,
