A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
DeANZA ET AL, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT N0.66-i
RESOLVED, by the City Council o£ the City of Cupertino, California
that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the pro~ect under Resolution of
Intention No. 13a1-3, adopted by the City Council of $aid City on
January 3, 1967, was $2,020,550, of which the City was to contribute
an estimated $200,000, leaving a balance to assessment of $1,820,550;
WHEREAS, following the opening of bids for the work said estimate
may be reduced to $1,853,9u5.00, of which the City will contribute
$183,882.31, leaving a balance to assessment of $1,670,062.69;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HERIDY ORDERED, that the total assessment
is hereby reduced to $1,670,06z.69, and that each of' the individual
asaeasments shall be modified as set forth in column 2 of the assess-
ment list hereto attached and incorporated herein by reference.
