Dear Chuck,
As the owners of record,the City of Cupertino is requiring a letter of approval from you before
we can construct the new fence we discussed earlier today. Therefore I've drafted a small bit of
language below that should be sufficient for them.
DESC$EMON OF NEW FENCE
The new fence will be approximately 8 feet tall and constructed of redwood. It will be in a style
similar to the existing fence that runs along the property line of the other set of duplexes adjacent
to your properties. We intend to remove all the current mismatched sections of fence between
our properties including the old articulated stucco section,which is leaning, and in disrepair.
The new fence will be approximately 146 feet in total. We plan to use heavy-duty posts and
kickboards to assure a long lasting and sturdy fence that will last for many years- The fence will
be constructed by a licensed and insured fence contractor and will have all the necessary permits
from the city of Cupertino.
