Therefore I've drafted a small bit of language below that should be sufficient for them. DESC$EMON OF NEW FENCE The new fence will be approximately 8 feet tall and constructed of redwood. It will be in a style similar to the existing fence that runs along the property line of the other set of duplexes adjacent to your properties. We intend to remove all the current mismatched sections of fence between our properties including the old articulated stucco section,which is leaning, and in disrepair. The new fence will be approximately 146 feet in total.
