A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTYNO
ORDERING VACATION OF A PUBLIC ROADWAY EXT~NDING FROM THE
EXISTING WESTERLY END OF VOSS AVENUE NORTHERLY THROUGH
THE PROPERTY TO THE 50UTHERN BOUNDARY OF DE- ANZA. OAI:S
SUBDIVISION AS PP.OVIDED IN SECTION 8320 ET SEQ. ~D~ 'ECHE
STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF ~ CALIrORN:[A;.
FIXING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING AND PROVID:CNG
FOR NOTICE TAEREOF
WHEREAS, hearing on Resolution of Intention No. 3697 was held on
July 2, 1974, at a regular meeting of the City Council at 10300 Torre
Avenue, Cupertino, California, and;
WHEREAS, it appears that notice thereof was duly given <~s required
by law; and
WHEREAS, from the evidence presented, both oral and documentary, it
appears to be to the best interests of the Ctiy to vacate the ~ereinafte~
described portion of a city street; that said portion of said city street
is unnecessary for present or prospective public street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That all or any protests against the vacat3on of sa3d portion
of a city street be and hereby are overruled and denied;
2. That those certain portions of city streets described and
shown in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and made part hereof, be
and hereby are vacated.
BE IT FURTHEF. P.ESOLVED :
That the City Clerk be and hereby is instructed and directed to
cause a certified copy of this resolution, attested to and sealed with
the official seal of the City, to be recorded with the County ]Zecorder
of the County of Santa Clara, California; forthwith.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino on this 5th day of August, 1974, by the folluwing vote:

Roadway Abandonment
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, described as follows:
All of Voss Avenue as shown on that certain Record of Survey recorded in
Book 222 of T4aps at page 56 and also described in Book 7609, Official
Records, page 60, Santa Clara County Records, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point being on the North line of Voss Avenue, sa3.d point
also being the Southeast corner of Parcel One as shown on said Record of
Survey, thence the following courses and distances:
N. 89°52'42" W.,.250.00 feet; thence along a curve to the right having
a radius of 150 feet, with a central angle of 27~00', for an arc
length of 70.69 feet; thence N: 62~52'42" W., 193.20 feet; thence
along a curne to the right having a radius of 120.00 feet, with a
central angle of 125~47'35", for an arc length of 263.46 feet, thence
along a curve to the left 'having a radius of 180.00 feet, with a
central angle of 84°15'48", for an arc length of 264.72 feet; thence
N. 89°43'25" W., 67.33 feet; thence southerly along a curve to the
right having a radius of 120.00 feet, witli a central angle of 96011'S1"
for an arc length of 201.48 feet; thence along a curve to the left
having a radius of 180.00 feet, witli a central angle of 125°47'35" for
