CC Resolution No. 4154 RESOLUTION N0. 4154 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING FINAL MAP OF RANCHO DEEP CLIFF; TRACT 5691 LO- CATED ALONG STEVENS CANYON ROAD, DEVELOPER, GATEWAY CON- STRUCTION COMPANY ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEDICATIONS AND PUB- LIC SERVICE EASEMENTS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER AND THE CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE FINAL MAP; AND AUTHORIZING THE AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION THEREWITH WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and for authorization to record final map of Rancho Deep Cliff; Tract 5691 located easterly of Stevens Canyon Road and westerly of Drea Road. WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed agree- ment for the construction of streets, curbs,and gutters, and for other improve- ments, and good and sufficient bonds, fees, and deposits as set forth in Ex- hibit "A" having been presented for the faithful performance of said work and the carrying out of said agreement; and said map, agreement, and bonds having been approved by the City Attorney; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said final map of Rancho Deep Cliff, Tract 5691, be and the same is hereby approved; and the public service easements shown thereon and the offer of dedication for streets area be and Che same are hereby accepted; and the City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agreement herein referred to in behalf of the City of Cupertino.
