A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING FINAL MAP OF RANCHO DEEP CLIFF; TRACT 5691 LO-
CATED ALONG STEVENS CANYON ROAD, DEVELOPER, GATEWAY CON-
STRUCTION COMPANY ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEDICATIONS AND PUB-
LIC SERVICE EASEMENTS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER AND
THE CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE FINAL MAP; AND AUTHORIZING THE
AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION THEREWITH
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and
for authorization to record final map of Rancho Deep Cliff; Tract 5691 located
easterly of Stevens Canyon Road and westerly of Drea Road.
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed agree-
ment for the construction of streets, curbs,and gutters, and for other improve-
ments, and good and sufficient bonds, fees, and deposits as set forth in Ex-
hibit "A" having been presented for the faithful performance of said work and
the carrying out of said agreement; and said map, agreement, and bonds having
been approved by the City Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said final map of Rancho Deep Cliff,
Tract 5691, be and the same is hereby approved; and the public service easements
shown thereon and the offer of dedication for streets area be and Che same are
hereby accepted; and the City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute the agreement herein referred to in behalf of the City of Cupertino.

of Cupertino this 19th day of April , 1976, by the following vote:
