CC Resolution No. 4207 RESOLUTION N0. 4207 4 ' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF PAY GRADES FOR MANAGEMENT CLASSIFTCATIONS WHEREAS, the City Council desires to increase the rates of pay of manage- ment employees ~t rates commensurate with that of represented employees, and WHEREAS, a schedule of pay grades has been prepared and presented to the City Council, attached hereto as Attachment "A" and made part hereof by refer- ence, which includes increases as part of the compensation ad~ustments for manage- ment classifications; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED to adopt the Schedule of Pay Grades for Management Classifications (Attachment "A") to be effective July 1, 1976. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cupertino this 19th day of July , 1976, by the following vote: Vote.
