of California and being a portion of Parcel One as described in that certain Crrant Deed
recorded on August 17, 1999, as Document No. 14943392, Santa Clara County Records
described as follows:

Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Parcel One, said point also being on the
northerly line of Stevens Creek Boulevard, thence leaving said line South 00°01'50"
East, 15.00 feet along the easterly line of the First Exception to Parcel One as described
in said Crrant Deed and the True Point of Beginning.
Thence leaving easterly from said line and continuing along the southerly line of said
Exception to Parcel One, South 89°50'30" West, 475.64 feet to a point on a westerly line
of said Parcel One;
