A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTIYG GRANT DEED OF RF.AL PROPERTY FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES

CONJUNCTION WITH SPI;I,JI4' WHEELS SKATE PaRKS
WHEREAS, Grover C. Sinsley and Betty R. Sinsley have executed a grant
deed which is in good and sufficient form granting to [he City of Cupertino,
County of San[a Clara, State of California, the fee title to certain real
property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particu-
larly described In Exhibit "A" and "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof,
which is as follows:
I All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approx-
imately 0.164 acres, located alonR the west side of Stelling Road
' south of Homestead Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Ci[y of Cupertino accept said grant
so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Che City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to
record said dedication and this resolution.
PASSED AAID ADOPTED at a regular meetinR of the City Council of the City of
Cuper[ino this 21st day of November , 1977, by the following vote:

parcel is shown on that certain Record of Survey recorded in Book 167 of
Maps, at page 23, Santa Clara County Records.
COiti"SE:ICING at a northeasterly corner of said Parcel said corner being
common to the most southeasterly corner of Parcel "C" as said parcel is
shown on said map;
thence along the southerly line of suid Parcel S 89°47'00" W, 20.65
feet [o the Point of Beginning;
thence continuing along said southerly Line, S 89°47'00" W, 25.00 feet to
a point in a line that is parallel wi[h, and 45.00 feet westerly, measured
a[ right angles, from the centerline of Stelling Road, as said road is shown
on said map;
thence, leaving said southerly line along said parallel line, S 0°00'41" E,
285.19 fe;t to a point in the northerly line of that certain parcel of land
described in that certain deed recorded in Book 8402 of Official Records at
page 310, Santa Clara County Records;
thence leaving said parallel line along said northerly line N 89°47'S2" E,
25.00 feet to a point in a line that is parallel with, and 20.00 feet westerly,
measured at right angles from said centerline of Stelling Road;
thence leaving said northerly line, along said parallel line, N 0°00'41" W,
285.20 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 0.164 acres, more or less.
