CC Resolution No. 4667 ' ~ ~ ~ RESOLUTION N0. 4667 p RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING THE FINAL MAP AND I.MPROVEMENT PLANS OF TRACT N0. 6259 LOCATED ALONG BEARDON DRIVE AT GREENLEAF DRIVE; DEVELOPER, BAS HOMES OF CUPERTINO II, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED PARTNERSNIP, BY BAS HOMES, INC. CENERAL PARTNER, ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS; AUTHORIZING SIGNING OF FINAL MAF' AN~ IMPROVEMENT PLANS; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION THEREWITH WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Ci[y Council for approval and for au[horization to record final map of Tract No. 6259 located aland roads~by Drive at Creenleaf Drive showing certain avenues, drives, places, BAS Homes of Cupertino II, a California limited partnership, by BAS Homes, I Inc., General Parcner; and WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed agreement for the construction of stree[s, curbs, and gut[ers, and for other improvements, ~ and good and sufficient bonds, fees, and deposits as set forth in Exhibit "A" having been presented for the faithful performance of said work and the carrying out of said agreement; and said map, agreement, and bonds having been approved by the City A[torney; NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a. Said final map and improvement plans of Tract No. 6259, be and [he same are hereby approved. b. The offer of dedication for roadvay and for easements is hereby accepted. c. The City Eng3neer and [he City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said final map. d. The City Engineer is hereby au[horized [o sign the improvement plans. e. The Mayor and the City Clerk aze hereby authorized to execute the agreement herein referred to.
