CC Resolution No. 03-119RESOLUTION NO. 03-119 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING GRANTS OF EASEMENT FOR VARIOUS PURPOSES FROM THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA, AND OTHER INTERESTS IN REAL PROPERTY RESERVED BY THE ROMAN CATHOLIC BISHOP OF SAN JOSE 1N CONNECTION WITH THE OAK VALLEY SUBDIVISION, TRACTS 9054 AND 9075 THROUGH 9078, APNs 342-05-059, 060, & 062, AND 342-52-003,005 WHEREAS, The County of Santa Clara and the Roman Catholic Bishop of San Jose have executed grants of easements for various purposes, which are in good and sufficient form, granting to and reserving for the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easements over certain real property for various purposes, situate in and around the Oak Valley Subdivision in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said grants and reservations so tendered; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record said grant and this resolution.
