CORNFR OF LOT 19 AND TfiE NORTHWESTERLY SECTION TO LOT 20
AND TfiE NORTHEAST BOUNDARY OF LOT 21. APPROXIMATELY 0.18

WHERF.AS there has been executed a Grant of Easemen[ for Public
Utilities an~ Sanitary Sewer Purposes which is in good and suf-
ficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, Coun[y of San[a Clara, State
of Calfornia easement over certain real property for Public
Utilities and Sanitary Sewer p~rposes. situace in the City of Cuper-
tino, more particulazly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached
hereto and made a part.hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and ~
IT IS FllRTAER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AftD ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Co~ncil of the City

A 30 foot Public Utilities Easement and Sanitary Sewer Easement further des-
cribed as follows: '
Being a portion of lots 10, 19, 20, and 21 as said lots are shown upon
that ceztain Parcel Map en[itled "Tract 5990 Rainbow's End" filed for
record in the office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State
of California. on May 22, 1979 in Book 442 of Maps at pages 12 and 13,
and the centerline is more particularly described as follovs:
Beginning at the mostnortherly common corner of [he above mentioned lots
19 and 10 being also a point on [he southerly Right of Way line of Rain-
' bow Court as said Rainbow Court is shovn on the above mentioned "Rainbov's
End" trac~ map; thence S 35° 36' 40"W, 40.59 feet to the ca~on corner of
the above mentioned lots 10. 19 and 20; thence tangent to last said course
along a curve to the left vith a radius of 125.00 feet, through a central
angle of 24° 08' 30", an arc length of 52.67 feet; thence S11° 28' 10"W.
10.74 feet; thence tangent to last said course along a curve [o the right
with a radius of 120.00 feet, through a central angle of 30° 41' 47". gn
