RESOLUTION NO. 5363
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TNC CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING PARCEL MAP OF PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF BANDLEY
I DRIVE SOUTH OF GREENLEAF, DEVELOPER, CYPRESS PROPERTIES,
' INCORPORATED, AUTHORIZING EX~CllTION OF IMPROVEMENT AGREE-
I MENT; AUTHORIZING SIGNING OF PARCEL MAP
i WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval
'I of the parcel map of property located west of Bandley Drive south of
I Greenleaf Drive by Cypress Proper[iea, Incorporated; and
' WREREAS, there has been presented to the City Council n propoaed
' agreement for the construction of streets, curbs, and gu[ters, and for
other improvements, and good and sufficient bonds (letter of credit), fees,
' and deposits having been presented for the faithful performance of said work
' and the carrying out of said agreement; and said map, agreement, and bonds
having been approved by the City Attorney;
NOW, T1iEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
a. Said parcel map herein referred to is hereby approved.
b. The City Englneer is hereby authorized to sign said parcel map
and have it recorded.
c. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the
agreement herein referred to.
