RE50LUTION N0. 5527
' A RF.SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TN[: CITY OF CUYERTINO
~ AUTHORIZING EXGCUTION OF QUITCLALM DEEDS OF A PORTION OF
' OLIVE STREET
WHEREAS, the C1ty of Cupertino, on November 3, 1980, by Resolution No.
5470, did vacate a portion of Olive Street; and
WfiEREAS, the City desires to sever any interest in the property.
NOW, TIiEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED that the Hayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute Quitclaim Deeds of property of that portion of
Oltve Street as more particularly described in the attached Exhibits "A"
and "B", to Henry and Judy B. btikulaco, et al. and J. M. and Joan U. Lynch,
et al.
PASSED AND ADOPT~D at a regular meeting of the City Council of the Ci[y
of Cupertino this 19th day of January , 1981 by the following vote:
