CC Resolution No. 6651 , ~ ~ ~ RESOLUTION N0. 6651 A RESOLUTION OF THE CZTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ORLERING VACATION DE A PORTION OF A PEDESTAIAN AND EQUES- TRIAN EASEMMENT~ LOT 8, TRACT N0. 599Q~ RAINBOW'S END PURSUANT TO SECTION 50430 OF THE GOYERNMENT CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, hearing on Resolution of Intention No. 6619 was held on ' August 5, 1985 at a regular meeting of the City Council at 10300 Torre ' Avenue, Cupertino, California; 'I WfiEREAS, it appears that notice thereof was duly given as required by law; and ~ I WHEREAS from the evidence presented, both oral and documentary, it ~ appears to be to the best interest of the City to vacate the hereinafter described portion of pedestrian and equestrian easement; that said easement is unecessary for present or prospective publie street purposes; ~ NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: . 1. That all or any protests against the vacation of said pedestrian and equestrian easement be and hereby are overruled and denied; ~ 2.
