RECOMMENDATION OF ENVZRONMENTAL REVIEW COMMITTEE

As pzwided by the Enviscsimemal Assessment Pzocedure, adopted by the City
Council o! the City o! Cupertino on March 27, 1973, as amended, the
fallowinq described project was reviewed by the Environmental Review
Committee of the City of Cupettino on January e, 1986, at which time the
Committee reoommended that the pra~ect dces not have a significant impact
on the environment and, therefore, is remmmending to the Dacisionmakinq
Body that a Negative Declaration be filed.

Vallco Park Planninq Area.
(c) Amend the land use element to conaider a residential land use
classification for a group of ld:s lxated at the eastern terminus of
Bloasom Way and backing up to De Anza Houlevard.
Recommendation of Environmental Review Committee
The Committee recommenda the granting of a Negative Declazation since the
project is consistent with tha General Plan and has no significant
environmental impacts.
