The following items were discussed:
Environmental impacts:
1. Parking demand: Parking must be shared with uncovered parking area on
abutting Sobrato property to meet City's parking ordinance. Public Works
pointed out that Sobrato parking must be signed to allow restaurant patrons to
park after hours.
2. Removal of 10 trees. (7 Coastal Redwoods are specimen size) Replace with 12
24" box trees.
3. Possible De Anza Blvd. curb reconfiguration to address PM traffic congestion.
Traffic will look at it.
4. Hours of operation. M-Th 11-11 p.m. and Fri. and Sat. 11 a.m.-2 a.m.
Non-environmental impacts:
1. Color scheme.
2. Grain silo (architectural feature only)
3. Murals - Public art or corporate imagery (check with the Art Commission)
