full traffic interchange at the projected intersection of Wolfe
Road with the Freeway;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the City Council of the City of Cupertino hereby
requests that the State of California, Department of Public Works,
Division of Highways accept the foregoing findings as modifications
of resolutions heretofore submitted by the City and that the
State of California integrate the following recommendations into
a freeway agreement for Junipero Serra Freeway crossings to be
executed in due course by the State and the '6.ity s

That the City Clerk be and hereby is instructed to file
certified copies of this Resolution with Mr. J. "�. Sinclair,

Engineer, both at 150 Oak Street, San Francisco 2 California.
