icy is appointed as reprersentativo of tho City to Nerve on the
County inter Commisalan and is hereby empowered and autho-
riuod to act for and spa behalf of tho City in all mutters
in comiection with the study of importation of water into
the Santa Clara Valley, as well as all other matters con-
nected with said co=mIssion.
