CC Resolution No. 509y RESOLUTION NO. A MSOLUTION OF Ttit: CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF CUPERTINO AUTHORIi M THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK. A 01HEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council an agreement, by and between LUCKY STORES, INC., and CITY OF CUPERTINO, a municipal corporation, for the construction of curb, gutters, sidewalk, and pavement, dedication of real property for roadway purposes and for payment of certain funds to the City of Cupertino; and said agreement having been approved by the City Engineer and by the City Attorney; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE60LVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are heresy authorized to execute the agreement herein referred to in behalf of the City of Cupertino.
