A MSOLUTION OF Ttit: CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIi M THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BY THE MAYOR
AND THE CITY CLERK.

01HEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council an
agreement, by and between LUCKY STORES, INC., and CITY OF CUPERTINO,
a municipal corporation, for the construction of curb, gutters,
sidewalk, and pavement, dedication of real property for roadway
purposes and for payment of certain funds to the City of Cupertino;
and said agreement having been approved by the City Engineer and
by the City Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE60LVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are heresy authorized to execute the agreement herein referred to
in behalf of the City of Cupertino.

Bowl Game. so- called because of tb* worihwhile nature of the project, will be
pAayed at the Los A geles Memorial Coliseum for the purpose of raising sufficient
ationey to take care of the remaining funeral and medical bills, and to provide
scholarships for the children of do ze killed; and
WHEREAS. in order that a mixtimum of $200, 000 may be realized from the
1tercy Bowl Game, every possible elffort is being made to eliminate production
costs (example: no reutal will be charged by the Colisman Commission for use of
the stadium; even ticket takers and ushers will donate their services for the day
and each, in addition, will, purchase :en admission ticket for himself):
