BEING A,RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY OF CUPERT,INO
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF TIEAL, PROPERTY FROM
ER�TEST S. VENAKA, ETUX FOR F.OAMVAY PURPOSES.
3'' £REAS, ERNEST S. UENAKA and SNISEW UENAKA,, husband and wife,
have executed a dedication which is in good and sufficient form,
granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, the fee title to certain roal property for roadway
puz"ses, situate in the City of Cupertino, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the center line of
Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road (60.00 feet wide) and the southerly
line of that certain parcel described in deed from Shigeko
Lxenaka and Shigeru Uenaka, her husband, to Ernest S. Uenaka
and Shigeko Uenaka, his wife, as joint tenants, dated
October 9, 1958, and recorded October 14 1958, in Hook 4200
of Official Records in the Office of the Recorder, County
of Santa Clara, State of California at page 118; thence
westerly along said southerly line 40.00 feet; thence
northerly along a line parallel to and 40.00 feet distant,
neasured at right angles, from the center line of Saratoga -
Sunnyvale Road (60.00 feet wide) 262.38 feet to the northerly
-ine of the aforesaid parcel; thence easterly along said
northerly line 40.00 feet to the center line of Saratoga-
Sunnyvale Road (60.00 feet; wide); thence southerly along
said West line of said road 262.38 feet to the point of
eginning of this description and being a portion of the
; ;nrthwest P� of Section 13, Township 7 South, Range West,
Y .D.3.F. M.
140X, T..EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept
